Green Smoothie Recipe

In this video, I share with NBC Connecticut viewers my go to green smoothie recipe.

 
 
  • 1 cup low fat milk

  • 1 cup low fat plain yogurt

  • Baby spinach and/or kale (Baby spinach will blend right in…you’ll hardly notice it. Use a lot)

  • Frozen mango chunks, no sugar added

  • 1 banana

Throw all ingredients into a blender. Blend. Enjoy.
